I'm thinking about starting to do some meditating throughout the day. For like 5-10 minute periods. I've heard a lot of bodybuilders doing it.
Every night before I go to sleep I have SO many thought racing through my head....come to think of it, I CONSTANTLY have thoughts going through my head. My mind is never clear...that may have something to do with it.
