High dose DES, what is the most you have ran?

I am currently running just 100mcg of DES bilaterally before working out.
I reconstituted with acetic acid because I knew it would take me quite a while to go through a vial at this dose, and I hear that it begins degrading in bac water after only 7-10 days.
I am making another DES order, and I am thinking of reconstituting with just bac water and using the vial within 7 days. I workout EOD, so I could use 333mcg preWO each day and use it up in time.
Is this too high of a dose?
Is anyone running that dose, or is anyone running it higher than that?

Another question, anyone reconstituting with bac water and not using it all within 10 days? If so, are you still feeling a good pump or any other effects from the DES after its been mixed for 20+ days?

I mix .4 acit and .6 of bac. Never ran more then 200 split bi-lat, idk if it would be any more effective than 100-150. Also I think the effectiveness slows down by 6 week or so.

300-400mcg split bi laterally pre-workout. I have researched 500mcg and 600mcg.

Ive researched up to 300mcg powo, have decided to stay with 100mcg as seen no difference in benefit.

Also to note, a vial was left in gym bag and was reconstituted for 2 weeks and was still good. Im not sure how long it lasts but if used properly (unlike my subject lol) no reason to worry about any degredation.

but 300 felt about the same....so settled there.

I noticed the exact same thing. 100mcg feels optimal. Higher doesn't seem to do more for my research.

Optimal for first trial, yes.

For those on the fence, try this in the your animal's research. I will use shoulders for example.

300mcg-400mcg prior to exercise wheel. Really run the gambit on the wheel. After that do extreme stretching. Come back to me in 6-8 weeks and tell me if you don't see a difference.

Thanks everyone. I want to try 300mcg, I might go as high as 500 just to try it. I will go back down to 300 if I don't feel or notice much of a difference.
