HIGH DOSE GH RUINING YOUR PHYSIQUE

For fat loss protocol would 5-6 IU (rips in this case) be ok broken into 2 shots per day? One is fasted but thinking of trying 1/2 in post workout but I will have 20-30g simple carbs from a shake and no direct carbs after that.

Splitting the dose is best for fat loss to prolong exposure of the direct lipolytic effects of GH. However, large PM shots, after a few weeks of IGF-1 buildup, will also be effective.

If doing the split up shots, you should keep carbs and fats low during the time that GH is active.
 
Local guy around here is on a TON of gh and slin. His gut is DISGUSTING!!! But, in the gym with his shirt on....world class!!! His size is unbelievable. We're the same height and when i was mid 260's he looked twice my size! Literally swallowed me up. UNreal! BUT, when that shirt comes off, you gotta get over that belly and the extreme water retention

Do you have any more information about about just how much the guy was using?
 
are you saying during the day you feel like the belly bloat is more noticeable but when you wake up you look fuller and drier then before?

Yeah its like my food doesn't ever all go down...I look great in the morning and then just getting the belly as the day goes on and I eat.

I recently just cruised for two weeks and stopped the gh and slin and all of the belly and bloat went totally away.

I hope this doesn't turn into a GH hating thread. First the low dose or no test stuff, now people hating on GH! Crazy. I love them both, but like anything good, there's going to be sides. Moderation is the key I guess.
 
I like test to be honest I don't experience all the stuff people do but I dose EOD and take ais so could be the reason when I get off test I look real small. But I am interested in trying it again with primo high dose deca and Humalog just post workout

what do you consider low carb? I am also running 5-6 iu's blacktops split, am is at 5:30, at 6:30 to 7 I have a oatmeal/prot. powder shake that's 30 grams carbs and 50 grams prot. pw, nightime is just before bed 2 hrs after last meal...is there a better way?

That's definitely a solid approach for fat loss. Try some AM cardio after the GH shot.

Keep your carbs low during the day and eat most of them post training or with your last meal, a few hours before bed. That will encourage fat burning during the daytime active hours.
