High dose HGH 3 times per week VS ED.

Hi,

Anyone got experience with doing a high dose of GH 3 times per week versus a lower dose GH ED.

For example:
4 IU's ED VS 9 IU's 3 times per week on training days.

Any difference in mass gains, sides etc?

For me yes. Ed I felt less fatigued, less numbness/tingling etc and I find it worked better for fat loss. I felt more stable.

When I have run 3x a week higher dose, i find it works better for me for overall gains, size etc BUT, the sides sucked: numbness, tingling, fatigue, sleep sucked etc.

Done it a few times but now stick with ED.

Im currently running 5 iu ED. I should change it for 10 iu EOD for muscle gain? Any experience?
Or 10 iu M/W/F and 5 iu in one extra day?

Higher dose 3x week for me. (10iu)

ED rises my glucose (3-5iu) a bit much

10iu IM one dose on my 3 day 5x5 training Mon- Wed- Fri. Then used

This is my protocol for many years , since i cant afford high dosages hgh ed i try this method and works wonders . In apst using 3ius ed vs 8ius 3x week on muscles you need to improve with some humalog makes miracles for me
