Been running 15 IU of HGH all before bed and feeling fantastic. I know there are different protocols, and at the end of the day, total daily/weekly intake matters most. But just for the sake of entertainment, I’m curious—what’s worked best for you?
Anyone running over 6 IU daily, I’d like to hear about your experience. Have you noticed a difference with split dosing vs. one bolus shot? And for those using insulin, did you time your HGH around it, or just focus on total intake?
I’ll be introducing insulin at some point and considering whether to stick with a single bedtime dose or take one pre-training since I’ll have insulin pre- and post-workout. Looking ahead and want to hear real firsthand experiences.
