usually take one scoop of amino energy then hit cardio (30minutes) in the early AM. the amino energy has at most 50mg of caffeine .
decided to take my blood sugar about 30 minutes after i completed cardio before any food whatsoever, it was 176.
i don't take slin anymore, in fact the last time i touched it was probably 7 months ago.
is this something to be worried about?
