High fat in one meal

Im trying to time my slin correctly without fat in the diet while its active and my last 2 meals of the day I can include fat. Is it ok to have like 50g fat each meal? Opposed the what I normally would do with 20g spread throughout 5meals. Any negatives to this? Will it store as more fat?

This is my suggestion. Since you are using slin, eat all your meals that have fat for your first, second to last and last meals. Consuming too much fat per meal will give you the shits.

I would be a 60g protein/50g carb meal with maybe 3.5tbsp evoo

I'll be doing slin 3x per week. Using humalog. 6iu's in morning and 5hours later 6iu's post training. So the fat would have to come at the end of the day/night.
