High Gh high rhr?

Anyone else experience high resting heart rate when on 8+iu of Gh? I was still doing. Cardio and my rhr was at 90-105 and coming off the gh it was back down to 55-60 like normal for me. Didn’t seem to get this at doses between 4-6 IU. Maybe a little but I was titrating up and seeing my tolerance. Went as high as 14 IU/day and rhr was at 110 throughout the day and like 100 in the morning. Insulin sensitivity is still good tho, good bloods.

Yea that’s very high. At a minimum if he stays at that dose I would use a beta blocker

90 is too high and 110 is way too high

I have had this before but I was rebounding off a low bodyfat, going way too fast with weight gain, using too much sodium and taking too much gear at the same time.
When I controlled all of the other variables, the same dose and same supplier has my RHR staying in the low to mid 60s (vs 85-90). So basically no elevation.

MWF dosing eliminates this side effect for me and many others even at very high doses.

this is why bodybuilders are generally advised to use nebivolol to help attenuate GH + AAS's LVH effects

I def have an increase in resting heart rate. Was running 3-4iu a day and my resting heart rate was mid 80s, sometimes low 90s. Haven’t been on growth in a few months and it’s down into the low 60s

I get increase in resting hearth rate first 2-3 weeks of starting GH then the body stabilaze and heart rate returns to normal, same with water retention

I take 4 iu’s of riptropin every evening before bed

I get higher RHR when my IGF is too high. I can’t handle over 4iu/day.
