Hi guys!
I´ve been 3 years on TRT and my doses is 50mg e3d, that put me in normal levels ( third day im in 6ng ). The problem is the hematocrit is always between 52-54. I´ve tried almost everything:
- cardio
- stop smoking
- nattokinase
- grapefruit
- increase the water intake
A month ago i went to donate blood, before the donation it was 54 and a month after is still in 54. All others parameters in bloodtest is ok, and my trt doctor said that there is no evidence that high hematocrit harm you, but there are lot of people who are struggling down it. I went to the hematologist and he only said that reduce my trt doses, which i dont consider because i started on 33mg e3d and with my current dose i feel better.
I prefer to stay in normal ranges, could they help me?
