high iron count..bloodwork

Just a question... can taking gear contribute to high iron in your system? My count was 247

Yes, it can. Also, if you take a multi-vitamin, look at the iron content. If you already have an issue with iron, then stay away from any multi-vitamins with iron. You should also consider giving blood routinely as it will help lower your iron levels.

Thanks for the response. I think i might of narrowed it down to my rtd and food content after i read your response.. rtd %40 two a day.. oatmeal had %80.. i was eating quite a few packs a day. Ill try giving blood. Thanks again
