high oral winny doses

i was wondering what the highest dose of oral winny some of you have went with per day. i've probably used it 7 or 8 times with the highest going about 75 or 80mg a day. the results were great as far as getting hard as hell but joint pain got kinda bad from it. i have always took it 2x a day because of the half life but the ones i have now are 50mg caps not tabs so i don't know how to do it unless i just go with just one cap a day or go ahead with one am and one pm and go up to 100mg and have my joints kill me, lol.....
