Jay definitely pulled it together the second night. He got beat but went down swinging. Alot of people knock Jay but if you ever get to see this guy in person its a sight to see unreal.
I hope he pulls it together one more time and gets one more O
If Phil Heath continues to improve, he's going to be hard to beat for some time! His mid section is tight...Good Taper...Arms are HUGE!! He has the full, round muscle bellies...As long as he doesn't get injured or blow his prep, he's here to stay for a while!!!
If...I say If... Cutler comes in next year looking like he did in 2009...He can beat Heath.
But Jay looked off.
Phil is awesome he deserved this win...and he could hang on to it.
My only comment with Phil is he needs density.
His size now is all hormones.
But in the long run it doesn't matter. Phil is now and for ever, within that very elite group...Mr. Olympia.
Nice of Jay to be so well wishing - it reminded me of the so-called camaraderie of the old days, that everyone says is missing in the sport these days. Nice one Jay, and congrats Phil!!!
jays more cut up..bigger in the legs... but phil has him with arm size, really shows in the tri's and his delts are much fuller... Phil also has has genetics on his size with a tiny waist/frame...
hate to say it, but it truly does go to phil... jay could not have done anything different here. phil truly has a amazing frame he built on top of and jay just cant compete with that. The decade of the mass monsters is moving to more shape again..dont worry, they will be back soon.
