High RBC, Normal Hematocrit. Should I donate blood?

RBC at 6.2 mill/cumm [Ref. Range 3.71 - 5.52] and hematocrit 49. Should I donate blood before next cycle?

You should regularly give blood while on. Pretty sure docs recommend their trt patients to do it more often too.

Will giving blood reduce my RBC from 6.2 to normal range? Does taking baby aspirin has anything to do with lowering RBC?

Your BRC seems not so good. Stop what you are doing now, donate a bloodwork. Doc will guide your next step. Generally, i would recommend do two bloodworks, one is befor their cycle, another is after. The result will show what your body happened

I prefer right at the peak of a cycle and 8-12 weeks post. IMO you want to see your worst possible rating, then see if you recover. As time goes you can track the highs and lows

If you aren't afraid of needles and don't have a medical condition stopping you, just get In the habit of donating every 8 weeks. I have since college and it saves lives plus helps with what you're wanting to do it for.
