After 3 months of being on test cyp for hrt, I had a blood test schedule. My original test level was in the 125 range, not sure on free test.

I was prescribed 120mg's per week of CYP, but bumped it up a little to 200mg's per week. I am also running 250 iu's of HCG 1 day prior to my test shot.

I was a little worried my test would come back sky high, and the doctor gave me an odd look when I signed in so I thought he was possibly going to reprimand me for my results.

As soon as I walked in the office he asked how I felt. I mentioned I've been depressed lately, almost suicidal, and very moody. I told him my Estrogen is probably elevated.

My test level came back as a 900, the doc said this was fine but do not go any higher.

My estrogen was ridiculously high, my Vitamin D levels extremely low, and my red cell count was off the charts high.

He gave me .5mg Arimidex to take 2 times per week, gave me a Vitamin D script, and told me to go donate blood.

Somehow I feel that the elevated Estrogen levels caused me to have issues absorbing Vitamin D and also affected my Red Blood cells.

Anyone else have this issue. I seem to remember Big Bapper and a few others had issues with thickening blood on here. I don't even take that much test so I am wondering why my body reacts like this.

Meditate on firm! NBA ref throws a ball at Wyndham CEO during a game

A given of the greatest thrills in attending a baseball tournament is enticing a stop ball or domicile run. I wouldn't grasp firsthand, but it seems pretty chill. It's a unrestricted souvenir after all, and that's hard to beat. In basketball the not personality a ball goes into the pack is if something injurious happens.

Exchange for exemplification, if a gathering of fans were heckling the referees and in unison of the refs took the insults, or a extremely refractory fan, a microscopic too as a person, then a ball might go into the stands. But it's not like that would for ever betide in the NBA, and specifically not during a playoff game with millions of eyes watching.

Or dialect mayhap it would, because it did during matrix tenebrousness's Game 2 between the Sortilege and Celtics. Following a minuscule victory half, the referees approached the scorer's table to get in touch with their jackets for halftime. It was there that they encountered some skinhead fans who got a cheap too close. Joe DeRosa, an 18-year long-serving of NBA refereeing, took special case to the taunts and unconditional to succeed to involved.

I had that problem right before my heart attack :) Youre going to have to lower your dose to the reccommended 120 mg/wk and see where that gets you. Do as he says though and give blood right away. How high is your hct and or HGB? a hematocrit over 53 or so is out of range. mines been around 54 or so.

giving blood is the most effective way consistently that is natural. Many will debate the ethics on this sine you must lie about the use of steroids. In your case since its TRT your doctor can set up appointments for blood removal as a form of therapy.

e6er. the hcg is the culprit. hcg will raise your estrogen like crazy. hcg would be my favorite hormone if not for the estrogen problems. good luck.

Bump for giving blood. that should fix your hematocrit. Add cardio as well. For the estrogen arimidex 2x per week is stupid. Not sure why they do this. These endo's are ridiculous. They dont take into account how things peak and dropp off, they just go by half life. thats why they prescribe test 1x per 2weeks. If yoru gonna do adex i'd run it in smaller doses EOD but honestly i'd use aromasin instead. Adex will mess up your lipids and aromasin will not.

It was in the 60's. Not sure on the other numbers, he never gives them to me just indicated whether it's high or not.

Going to give blood today.

Should I cut off all pre-workout stims, caffeine, and anything that would cause irregular heartbeat?

That isn't safe, you have serious polycythemia, your doctor should be draining blood EOD until you get within the normal range. You should seriously see a specialist, 60+ is no joke. Just giving a pint of blood is only going to lower you 1-2 points AND they won't even take your blood if you are over 55 because of risk of clot.

good lord, i was worried when mine was 53, and that was 120mg enth a week self dosed, didnt work....................so im playing it safe when i cruise using androgel, which amounts to 35 mg a week, going to get blood checked soon ..................i feel good, have plenty of energy, but my libido is shot, my johnson wants me to get back on asap ,i told him my heart is more important, lol

60 is extremely high but your true results will be after giving blood. You could have been building up high rbc's for years. Your dr needs to give you a script to get a double blood cell draw done or whatever its called where you donate double the amount. Then wait about 3weeks and get tested again. If still high but improved you'll need to do it again. Once you get it in range you can probably maintain it by donating every 2months.

Holy shit, 60s!! THat is extremely high. Im surprised he let you go a few days without having it drawn ASAP. Well, caffeine is a diuretic to some degree and that is bad. If you are dehyrdated it can raise your hematocrit. You have got to lower that dose youre taking.

thats right. they should do it EOD or so until it gets down. Each draw will only lower it a few points. It should be down around 50 or so, or lower.

That's scary if it's truly in the 60's and the Dr. sent you on your way.

Your hemoglobin is probably somewhere in the 20's and the Red Cross will most likely deny you and you will have to get a script for phlebotomy.

Keep us updated

my docs are letting me walk around at a 53 HCT, but I have heart faliure and am on coumadin. It sounds like the original poster has a script for a pblebotomy, so thats good. I would see a hematologist requarding this.

Whatever you do, don't dehydrate yourself.

I have a hard time believing a doctor would let you walk out of the office with a number so high. Are you sure HCT was in the 60's? You should get all the test numbers for your own records.

All the Best

In the mean time i'd try to drink at least 1.5gallons of water per day and maybe add some glycerol for added hydration.

When I had my test done at the Docs they told me that the blood was laying around too long, it must have clotted and they needed to re-take it. I guess you're right, my blood clots within seconds.

I ripped my bandaid off yesterday from my arm and this morning I woke up with a bruise on my arm the shape of a band-aid. I got home yesterday and it looked like I had sunburn on my face.

I did not make it to donate yesterday but will after work. I think once the estrogen is under control it will help my red blood cell count.

I will let you guys know what my numbers are. It's pretty crazy as I am on such a low dose for only 3 months and I don't drink or eat unhealthy.

YOu could have an undiagnosed problem such as heart disease too. Hematocrit can go up because of that. I am that way now. Mine is 54 or so and im taking just 120 mg/wk for TRT. Even when I was on no HRT and my total test was down around 80 ng/dl my HCT was still over 50. Might think about it. Do you have any symtoms of heart problems such as getting winded really easy, high resting heart rate etc.

Glad we have these threads because mine was always high and it forced me to scale back my aas use a lot. Otherwise I would have been heading down a dangerous path for the future doing higher doses year round.
