Anybody here do 20 reps or more for body parts other than legs?

If so, which body parts?

Are they done on a regular basis?

Yes, every body part at some point during the week gets hit with very high rep pump sets that provide continuous tension and may incorporate some kind of drop set, partials, 21 style set, statics and super slow negatives... the full explanation of why I do this is in the fortitude training e-book :)

I don't make a workout out of doing set over 20, but for the muscle I'm working that day I will always do some kind of movement that totals 20 or more reps in a set after my heavier lifts are done. Every muscle gets this. It is usually near the end of my training after all the muscle damage is done. Engorge the muscle, produce lots of lactic acids, lots of blood volume. "Feed" the damaged muscle with this so to speak.

Same here........starting my third blast with FT and loving it........I've actually learned to love the high reps too

muscle groups that work more than others.
imagine a caveman hunting and gathering: what muscles does he use the most (besides legs)? traps, back and shoulders, bi's. 'lifting' movements.
