How much potassium is safe if my sodium is in the 6g range while potassium is only 3g-4g range

The 3-4g of potassium is from food. How much should I supplement with or what is safe

Personally I'd feel safe adding about a 1g potassium and 3-400 magnesium and calcium given how high the water and sodium intake is and assuming you're not on any diuretics. Try it for a couple days and slowly add in some more potassium if needed.
