I have Viagra and cialis and my mind want to demolish her but my penis doesn't stay up...like 5-10 minutes tops.

Good to hear that matey... your on your way to recovery. Regarding your shoulder if it is injured rest it. Don't be trying to push the weight back up... you will fuck it up for good. Go to physio and get an expert look at it properly. Just spend the next month really concentrating on legs whilst you rehab your shoulder. Work around injuries but don't make them worse. Goodluck with everything.
