that ones not so bad, i seen worse than that, even in person i saw someone come crashing down when doing freeweight military press and i thought he might be paralyzed or something but turned out he didn't even go to the hospital.. then there's the time I saw 2 guys get into a fight in the weight room and they started using the weights as weapons .. in a word - blood
