Himalaya HeartCare vs iForce Heart Help

Gents,

I recently had a blood test and my cholesterol levels were of concern,my LDL levels were high and my HDL levels were low.

I have found two possible supplements that both claim to aid heart health and in one way or the other , could affect or may effect, my cholesterol levels.



Himalaya HeartCare claims :
"only to help maintain a healthy heart and vascular functions. It helps maintain normal lipid metabolism and promotes healthy cholesterol levels in their normal range".



iForce Heart Help claims:

"Clinically Proven Results
· 26.53% Reduction in Cholesterol
· 40.1% Increase in HDL(Good Cholesterol)
· 36% Reduction in LDL(Bad Cholesterol)
· 38.8% Reduction in Triglycerides
· 22.3% Reduction in Blood Sugar"


Reading both claims,iForce Heart Help would appear to be the one to choose.
However not all claims are true.

My questions:

Given a choice which one would be more beneficial? I know what they both claim, but if anyone has had experience or feed back with either of them ,I would gratefully appreciate your opinion.

Could I use both, since they have different compounds,or would this be detrimental and have negative effect?

Check eBay for himalaya abana from India. Cheap as hell and exact same thing as the heartcare. I take it year round. LDL is always low but HDL is still low on cycle. Add fish oils, niacin and cardio

I just started using the Himalaya heartcare product a couple of days ago. All in all Himalaya is a pretty reliable brand. I am not sure how good this product is but, I figured I would give it a try.

Himalaya is a very reputed brand. been using various products for years now.

I might give both a go and see how i fair? Currently im on:

Nac
Red yeast rice
Slo-niacin
Aspirin 81 mlg day

Wonder if either would lower mine as oppose to my supps?

Are roasted that bad for u? I get unsalted but roasted almonds from Spourts market or Trader Joes. Just can't stand the taste of raw almonds but roasted can eat all damn day!

Im not sure if id try them all together or not because ur right it could be bad, im gonna stick mu current protocol out and also order each of the others, try them both out individually and see with bw which, if either work the best?

I'd add ubiquinol for heart health

and look into Magnesium as well. I use Magnesium Aspartate.

I'm going to look into this. However, with all due respect...I think many more people would gravitate towards your suggestions if you didn't only plug what you have or have had financial interest in. Much like Emeric, if you or him told us to look into something that you weren't selling...(or at least did that sometimes) I think more people would pay attention. Take it or leave it....try to understand or be mad at me but I'm not trying to be disrespectful.
