For the past month or so, I've been having pain in my left hip flexor during my quad workouts. It will start while doing squats, then when I try to do my leg press workouts, the pain will increase and get kind of sharp. It's stopped me from finishing my quad workout for the past couple weeks, and I'm starting to get concerned. I do dynamic stretches before I go to the gym, I stretch after every couple of sets, I'm not doing any weight I haven't been able to do before, but the pain is still showing up even after a deload week.
Anyone have any experience with this? Time for me to see a doc?
