Heaviest I ever have been thanks to you all here on PM. I take all the information to heart and very seriously.
But the main thing I have noticed recently is that I am listening to my body a lot more than I use to.
I used to force myself to do exercises my body did not want to do, eat when I did not want to eat.
I am still hitting 6-7 meals a day but I am enjoying more than I use to.
I go to the gym with somewhat of a game plan, but I make sure I am having fun while working out.
If I feel I shouldnt do something, I will not do it.
I am keeping my training a lot more simple now. For instance, no leg extension for legs. I concentrate on pressing movements and more compound movements such as squats, leg press, RDL.
I know there are many weakness I have but constantly making progress is what I am working on. Time is a virtue.
