i have a competition in may and i have start the prep, i train with weights 4 days at week, hit style, who of u train with this method?
 
How is your training?

I am asking for a detailed explanation of your sets, exercises, etc.
 
i use an hybrid training DC/HIT

for example chest

Incline press bb
WARM UP sets
1x15
1x12 at fail
1x10 at fail
1x 12-15 Rest Pause

bench press bb
1x10 at fail
1x12-15 RP

Flyes 2x20 with 2" at the bottom and 2" at the top

extreme stretching 2x50"
 
Low volume and high intensity, it is good as long as you remain free of pain and injury.

As the diet progresses it will be harder to maintain that system. You could consider making some modifications the last 3-4 weeks.

at the moment i'm off, at the begin of february i 'll start test 200mg a week and from march i use win, masta, primo

I use some of the HIT principles in my training. I follow my own regimen that's similar but with a little more volume. Its a mix between HIT/DC/FST regimens.

Not much, just be smart, listen to your body and if necessary, loosen the intensity and increase the volume.

But if everything responds well, you can go with that training to the last week.
 
After retiring Dorian has repeatedly made comments about if he had to do it over he would forgo his normal style of training in the latter stages of prepping to avoid injuries.
