Hives & Itchy Skin

I just experienced and still am the weirdest thing, suddenly my face turned red my skin on my arms and underarms and pits turned beet red and got super itchy, almost like the time when i insulated a house!
My guess, of why this happened is cause of maybe the Slo release Niacin i took 6 hours ago OR my Test E and Ace shot an hour ago?
Can anyone help me out here its kinda scary, i havent ever experienced the niacin flush and dont know if this is what is going on.
my body temp is 95.7 so things seem ok.

niacin is an obvious explaination, but my son has had this hives thing for a week or so and i took him to the doctor and they said that there is a virus causing this kind of reaction going around, I am based in the UK however. Anti histamine works wonders at keeping it suppressed.

pay attention to when you get hives. if you get a pattern then you could narrow down what is causing it. for example every day you pin you get hives stuff like that.
