I am looking for some tips and advice on the next problem.
I am training for around 5 to 6 years. Not using any super supplements.
Eating 8 meals a day.
Always i hold a lot of fluid under my skin. Even when my bodyfat gets really low my skin keep thick and don't get verry vasculair. The only time i am ripped is when i drop my water or use something to get the water off. This if what i do at contest time.
But off season even when i am @ 8 % bodyfat i almost have no viens and my skin holds lot of fluid.
I am also sweating verry hard all day long. Even when i am doing nothing my shirts gets wet.
When i have 1 or 2 cheat meals my weight goes up 4 kilo's in few hours. Next day i am really bloated.
Here is what I already am doing to control it.
High water intake. 4 liter +
Low carbs ( under 150 ) gram higher fats.
No creatine
Digestive enzymes and pro biotics.
Taking multi vitamines/mineral.
Low sodium
Sinds today i talkted to someone who tought it could by the starch from the vitargo and from the patato i am eating.
Sombody got some good tips ?
Maybe my mineral balance is nog good ?
Could it be the starch from vitargo/patato's ?
