Holding water? Help

Ok, I have been on a restricted diet for a few weeks now trying to diet down. I have been on a TRT dose of test (250mg/5 days) and gh 4 iu split. I have been on .5 IP Adex EOD. I haven't lost ANY weight but actually gained like 6 pounds, in a week. My clothes are tight, but man I get some great pumps. I drink a couple liters of water during my work day and still my urine is dark, and I get back pain. I figure I am not drinking nearly enough water. And holding what I do drink. What should I do? Up the dose of Adex? i have noticed guys dieting for shows up their anti-e's to "dry up"

Switch to Aromasin. That should make a big difference since your problem is E2 and Arimidex is better for E1.

be careful....lower back pain and dark urine may be kidney issues. Keep an eye on it and see a doc if it continues.

up that water...maybe 2-3 gallons of distilled water daily. add some extra potassium....2000mg/day. don't over due potassium though. keep your total daily around 5000mg/day.

a lot of people hold water on HGH. the potassium seems to help because the HGH is making you retain sodium. its this whole sodium-potassium intracellular pump mechanism....google it for more info

Hmm easiest and most probable fix: drink more water and back off the gh. I start swelling on 3iu a day! Personally have to do a month at 1.5iu then 3 weeks at 2iu, 3 weeks at 2.5iu...etc to get to my target of 4-5iu split dose.

I retain a lot of water on test cyp. Having and issue cutting and drying out now.

Do you think the weight gain may be muscle? I have leaned out a lot but still weigh only about 8 pounds less on the cutting cycle I am on now.

Drink more water for sure. How much Protein you taking in? Flush those kidneys

All good responses above... Gh will be a big culprit. That TRT dose of Cyp. shouldn't be yeilding to much water. If I drop my cycle dose down to that level I'll drop jut about all my water weight! 3.3iu's was my magic dose of growth for me.

On a side note Aromisin is a lot better on your lipid profile as well. A-Dex will throw them all out of whack!
