ive been doing 2ius ed 5on 2off. this is weeek 6. was going to go up to 2ius morning 2ius post/w.
may wait untill 8 weeks though.
Thats a very low dose to have water retention. Especially running just 5 days on.
THATS WHAT I THOUGHT. but ive put on 7lbs in 1 1/2 weeks on a very horrible diet. i eat just 2 meals a day on non workout days. although they are clean with very little carbs.

well i was trying to get from 209lbs to 186lbs but my doc weghted me and i was shocked to hit 216lbs with the cals im takeing in. all bread is sugar free whole grain. i do have a baked potato on some sundays. im stumped. iv been wanting to hire phill to add mass this fall. but i really wanted to get the 19% bf much lower.
