how do you combat the water retion?

ive cut sodium of course.
but is it you just have to deal with it while your on GH?
or run some diuretics?

Provided it is prolactin induced bloating, Cabergoline should help reduce the water retention.

how much HGH are you running and are you splitting the dosage?
 
ive been doing 2ius ed 5on 2off. this is weeek 6. was going to go up to 2ius morning 2ius post/w.
may wait untill 8 weeks though.

Thats a very low dose to have water retention. Especially running just 5 days on.

THATS WHAT I THOUGHT. but ive put on 7lbs in 1 1/2 weeks on a very horrible diet. i eat just 2 meals a day on non workout days. although they are clean with very little carbs.

2 meals a day, very clean, with little carbs, and you're up 7lbs in 1 1/2 weeks and bloated???????????

This doesn't make any sense at all, please list exactly what you eat in those 2 meals and your stats.

are you running anything else with it mate? I'm baffled. at that low dosage its confusing. especially taken the above into account. when you say horrible you do mean that its a small amount you're eating even on training days dont you. otherwise the problem may lie with your salt intake?
 
@ 2.5 iu's @ 220 pounds i notice no water retention. I did have minor wrist pains that has subsided when I switched from 2iu's 5 days a week to 2.5 iu's 7 days a week.
 
horrible is the small amount of food i eat. on no workout days
i lift mon wed friday on these days i eat
6 eggs 4:45 am
1 natty peanut butter w/suger free strawberry preserves 8:30 am
2 chicken salad sandwiches light mayo 11:00 am. or all beef at all you can eat
1 natty peanutbutter w/strawberry preserves 1:00 pm
whey shake bcaa's preworkout 3:00 PM
whole meal hour after workout.
at night ghrp-6 200mcg prebed
water all day i work in contructoin very hot in texas.

on tues thurs sat
6 eggs 4:45 am
skip lunch
gym at 3:00 pm i mile treadmill
10 minutes on bike and some crunches
steak veggies hour after gym
 
firstly (and i know you're not going to want to hear it but you're not getting enough calories whether you're dieting, bulking or anything when you consider you work in the heat and in a manual labour job)

secondly, i was speaking to a buddy who has type 2 diabetes like you and although he keeps his diet in check when taking GH he was getting water retention although it was mainly around the joints.

but i still dont know how to explain it
 
well i was trying to get from 209lbs to 186lbs but my doc weghted me and i was shocked to hit 216lbs with the cals im takeing in. all bread is sugar free whole grain. i do have a baked potato on some sundays. im stumped. iv been wanting to hire phill to add mass this fall. but i really wanted to get the 19% bf much lower.

really you're gonna need to find the cause of the water retention to battle it as i'm still very sceptical if its the gh. someone else chiming in might be good...........
 
this is almost the exact same thing i did last year when i was stuck at 203lbs and 30 days i hit 186. but this time i thought i would help with some GH. stumped. i really dont want to go to phill with 19% bf but i may need to.
