Wow ! Thanks everyone. I very much appreciate all your well wishes. This board is full of so many great people . I just hope that you guys realize how fortunate that I feel to get to come here and trade information with you guys , be supportive, and gernerally just be postive with such a great group of people. When I was younger and very much into the sport , I was very discouraged by the way most bodybuilders were.[ selfish and backstabing] And to comeback to a sport that I enjoyed so much and to have such a great bunch of people to be involved with here . Has just made my return that much more rewarding to say the least. Thanks again .......I feel blessed to share a small part of your lifes with you.........
