So because of just the right combination of fiber and pressure I nearly crapped my pants on the leg press today Just thought I'd share.

I know of a serious female bodybuilder that was so serious about her squats that she pushed herself so hard she pissed her pants during her set of squats and just kept right on going.
How about when you have to let out a fart while your doing legpresses, but you have your headphones blasting, so your not sure how loud it was.

Not to mention the force that is developed when the fart slips out because you have all of that weight bearing down on you. Ive tried numerous times to just let it slip out but its nearly impossible.
Sometimes you just have to hit the nitros to blast out of the hole.

A few months ago I was on the leg press with my fiance standing beside me. I hit the bottom of a very heavy rep and let loose a fart so loud that it could probably be heard at the front desk. Oops! The worst part was trying to maintain focus and not bust out laughing with over 1000lbs on top of me.
