But even though DJ looks like he has Ronnie beat on size in that pic, is it just me or just Ronnie just have a better quality look about him- more asthetic if you will?

On a side note: WOW, imagine that...Ronnie actually being reffered to as more asthetic than someone instead of just bigger???

Anyway, they both look great. If those are current pics then it ought to be a helluva battle this year.

Well if the scale is from GQ model on one end, and DJ on the other, there IS something in between.

There are pleanty of guys who aren't anywhere near as big as Ronnie or DJ who you wouldn't call "shrimpy" to their face.

I hear ya. But the IFBB is the top notch of Bodybuilding. It's the best in the world. All the olympic competators take their sports to the very top and try and excel and beat the previous record/event every year. The track runners are the fastest in the world, as are the swimmers. The jumpers can jump the highest in the world. The lifters are the strongest. So why shoulden't the "Olmpics" of Bodybuilding be the very biggest and best conditioned THEY can be also? Ya dig?

every sport os always tryong to get to the next level, but on the case of bodybuilding, going to the next level means many people will be alienated... Most of the pubic sees it as a freakshow. In the begining it was supposed to be artistic.
