Normally I'd criticize someone for doing that because usually it's some fat out of shape fat fuck or some other stupid shit who has no real muscle. This fucker is jacked so I don't care if he shrugs 100lbs or 900lbs it's definitely not a staple in his routine he's just being stupid.

The really stupid thing is the drink as if it kicked in in 5 seconds. Though I must admit I take a swig of my Intra drink before something like that and major placebo working there for me too.

he got into position, got someone to take a picture, and then got up and left.





at least he had the decency to re-rack the plates.. the bench bros were all super pissed because all the 45's were moved to the other side of the gym.
