Home gym flooring

Wanted some opinions and options on home gym flooring. Looking for some good quality rubber flooring that can take a dumbbell drop, etc. without damage. Also best if I can order it online and install it myself - I have a 14 x 16 ft room.

Not sure where you are located...but in my part of the country coal mining industry is very big. The best gym floors, believe it or not, that are better than any rubber matting that you can buy are coal belt flooring. If you can get access to some of these you will be glad that you did. They are also very easy to clean and extremely heavy duty. If you know of a local coal mine or even a power/ electricity generation plant in your area, they also use mining belt (if they are a coal fired facility). Heck, they may even give you the stuff.

Try a place like Quality farm and Fleet or Tractor Supply Company. They sell thick rubber mats for use in barn stalls. They are virtually indestructable and not too expensive.

I found some here in Wisconsin at Fleet Farm. It's like a farmers outlet for those of you who don't have one. It came in puzzle pieces. I was able to do my whole basement for a $100. Might be able to get it off their web page.
