Im not too new to the fitness scene, I've had about seven years total experience with weight training. I've only done about two cycles of oral winstrol/dianabol stack and i had great results. that was about three years ago when i worked construction. Ive worked retail for about two years and lost a lot of motivation and all of my gains. i want to try to go as natural as i can (this might not be the place to say this) and yes that means no help oral or injection.
what im trying to get at is ive put on 25lbs of (well lets face it) fat! in the last few years and i remember some guys i used to work out with talk about a drink with just like cyanine and lemon juice or something to that affect, they would only drink that for a while and lose tons of weight.
i just dont remember how to make it. do you?
if any of this sound familiar or you have other suggestions and advice or even some healthy criticism i would love to hear back from you.
