I was searching and couldn't find any threads on this. I havent done premixed preworkouts for over 5 years. I found them to be filled with too much garbage, fillers, artificial sweeteners, 200-400mg caffeine etc.
I mix the following.
Peak ATP(400mg)
Glycine
Citrulline Malate
Beta Alanine
Creatine Monohydrate
Question- does anyone add L-Arginine in addition to the Citrulline? I read some articles saying they work well together. I'm looking at Bulk Supplments AAGK powder but i also see other forms of L-arginine like Arginine Silicate Inositol, etc. Can anyone chime in on differences or efficacy with AAKG powder vs other forms and if the added arginine with the citrulline is indeed the way to go?
