Honestly i have not much knowledge on gyno...need some help

It appears I have some or at least puffy nipples, or both? I cant do anything about this, unless its surgically removed now, right? But does an ai even matter when you have these already? I guess im asking...if you have gyno/puffy nipples, then does an ai even matter, could it get worse etc etc..

Ive had it since a teen and thr only thing that made it better not go away but smaller was getting really lean. But it never gets any worse than when oit was at its worst. Lol make sense? I run ais just in case

I would start a course of nolvadex to see how you are. 20mg for 4 weeks or so. What is your bf? If it is high I would to lose weight to... for you and your gyno.

True gyno is a hard circular tissue beneath the nipple. If your bf is high it could just be fat. Everyone deposits fat differently. If you pinch the nipple is there a fibrous tissue under it?

what are you taking?

Typically you want an aromatase inhibitor to prevent the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. (example, Exemestane, Anastrozole, Letrozole).

SERMs are another option. While these do nothing to lower estrogen levels, they do block its effects in breast tissue. Nolvadex (aka tamoxifen) should be avoided with progestin steroid use (examples, nandrolones, trenbolones, and also anadrol has been shown activity at the PgR). In these cases, Toremifene is ideal.

if you dont have any nolvadex or adex then stop taking whatever it is thats puffing up your nipples
