hormone panel importance

ok guys, ive decided since i blast and cruise to get blood work done 3 times yearly ,or every 4 months, all hormone tests i buy from private md labs, but wondering what are the important ones to worry about, for example, lh and fsh, whats the point of buying those ,you know those numbers are gonna be in the gutter and unless your worried about fertility, pointless test to get, now estradiol, prolactin and testosterone are by far the most important ,but how about cortisol, dht, shbg, psa prostate, igf-1 ,those are the ones that stand out, of those 5 are they important to test for or not, its a little confusing, like to hear bros thoughts on this

as of right now im thinking just worry about estrogen, prolactin and testosterone

I'ld test SHBG. Even if your numbers look good, if your hormones are bound, they are less useful. Or you can do estrogen, and free testosterone, to eliminate SHBG need, and draw your own conclusions. DHEA is a good reflection of testosterone and cortisol levels.

thanks bro ,do you mean true number of free test ,cause mine cutoff at 48.0 ,it just said high >48.0 but not true number, now total test was 5465.9, so shbg and dhea test for and forget the others, my hormone panel i buy includes estradiol, so if free test cuts off ,it might be a good idea to add shbg
