Hormone smell question - Specific question, 'Search' didn't help!!

Hey folks!

So first let me say, I have tried to scowl the internet to find the answer. I'm hoping someone here can help me out! Here we go!

I have a friend (actually a friend, not me, lol!) who says his sister is an MD. and gets hormone powder for little more than a hug and smile... Sounds crazy already I know. I did look into the DEA forms to bring powder in, and they aren't terribly complicated... so who knows! But please, follow me!

He showed me some cyp powder the other day. I have seen/smelt/touched cyp powder form a VERY reputable source from these boards, and the powder he had looked and felt PERFECT. The only thing was that it had NO SMELL. Or maybe only a slight slight slight hint of that "rubber and paint thinner" smell that most hormones have.

I wasn't in my kitchen so no melting test!! So here's my question!

Can high quality powder come without the smell???

I'm not about to mix and inject this powder, this is more of a general question for my own knowledge! Also, I wouldn't even bother to ask this question, but I do trust this guy to the point that it made me wonder...

Maybe he's misinformed and its actually enanthate. My enanthate is ALMOST as fine of a powder as propionate at a room temp of about 60 degrees. It quickly turns waxy and melts when i apply heat though.

If he gets the powder so cheap whats there to lose? Get it and run a few tests, post some pics, ect.

the enanthate I've seen smells too! Plus, between the tips of your fingers enanthate will start to get mushy and 'wet' and this powder didn't do that! I'm confidant it wasn't enanthate!

If i had the powder next to me I'd post pics and do a melting point test! I was just curious about the smell. I'm sure if i were to see the powder in my kitchen i could figure it out

The enanthate i've gotten never really had any smell to it. So if yours had a smell and mine didnt they i guess its safe to say that its very possible that this same type of theory could go for cyp., and some could have a smell while others dont.

The last batch of fina i made came out red/brown and clear. but the last batch of straight tren ace powder i made came out yellow and cloudy. Same oil used. I figure if there's variety like this amongst the same hormone, then why not smell too?

Hey bro, what happens when you scowl at the internet? Does it make a mean face back? I couldn't help it man, ha ha, I think you meant Scour, but anyhow most hormones themselves are odorless, (at least in my experience)and it is the solvents/mediums that carry a smell...

Kind of a slight "vinyl" smell? That's how I've decribed cyp.

In any case it seems as though powders can come next to smell free! Which is news to me! Anyhow, I will post in here again when i get to do a melt test on the powder in question!

All have a noticable smell to them. Been so long since I saw cyp in magazines. I don't research it anymore because it crashes. Enan. is better, better make the cyp 2/20 at least from what I've read on research sites.

the hormones do not have any smell(well barely any..if you look at the major pharm sites they say colorless and odorless) for those that smell the vinyl smell..that is left over from the manufacturing of it...call it impurities if you will but still good to go if you smell that...so no smell equals good and smell also equals good stuff

Stewie, next time I actually have the powder in hand I will do more accurate testing than just a smell. I was shown the powder in a car outside the gym, so i couldn't really start playing around with it, lol!

EDIT: Stewie when I said it was a friend who had this powder, I really did mean my friend, I don't have the powder next to me. I know on these boards "I have a friend" can often mean "I'm just trying to not point a finger at me"

And to everyone else! I feel like you answered my question! It is completely possible it has little to no smell. Also since the guy in question says he gets it from an MD for a sister, it would make sense the creation process for the powder may be such that there is less smell... If he's not full of shit of course... lets be honest, lol!

For now I'm just going to sit back and wait until I have some in hand to test with a little more than just the 5 senses given to the pile of meat and bone I call my body!

I always noticed a smell from test, deca, and especially eq. The test should be a paste like substance.

my friend did the melting point test on 2 different batches from two different places...it was right on target...they both liquified at the exact same point in the melt point range for cyp...one smelled and one odorless...so its a good start to do that

I wouldn't have picked cyp since it crashes. test e is easier. Hope he did 2/20 at least from what I've read on wiki
