Hot figure Member Finishes in Style

This is Rachel,( RCSWENT).. She has some great shape for figure and did a great job this weekend, placing 4th out 19 in her class..This was her first ever NPC Show...

We did a 12 week prep and and are working this off season on putting on a little muscle and keeping some good condition and then another show this coming season... Shes really damn cool to work with too..

She does have really good shape.. and shes really disciplined too.. She competed in her first show... just tried to nail down the right amount of condition.. its a bit of a crap shoot with each set of judges... But were working off season on putting on a little muscle and next show.. more condition...

P.S I wanted to tell you congrats on being the featured member of the month.. Your more than deserving ... You have been competing a while now and have been bringing it to the stage each time.. remember .. i was there at the Contra Costa to see you get the overall.. that was a sweet win..:headbang:
