I would always go one size larger when buying shirts. Check out their sizing chart, it is setup by a person's weight.

Wish I had thought about ordering from Hot Bodz before Christmas. I found out a few days prior, that the only shop in town that carries cool 3X-Large shirts had shut down. After visiting 6 different stores I walked away with one Adias t-shirt
