Hours per week training

Pretty straightforward, curious how many total hours per week others train? We talk about sets per part, days of the week...but how many hours total? Not including cardio or any other non strength training activity.

I have 3 upper about 1hr, 2 lower 1.5 hour...total 6hrs.

My sessions last between 1 hour 20 minutes and 1 hour 45 minutes, so on average 1.5 hours.
I'm currently doing 13 sessions, for a total of 19.5 hours.

Not including usually a 10 minute stair stepper warm-up and cool down I'm about 4 hours a week. It's either 4 full body workouts, upper/lower, or the good old back/chest+shoulders/legs/arms meadows split. Each workout is pretty much an hour besides when I do an arm workout (which is not normal but I need to get my arms back...so here we are...)

Total WEEKLY is about 6.5 hours. I train 5x per week and each session is about 80 minutes. Currently split is push/Anterior (chest, delts, triceps, quads, calves) and pull/Posterior (upper back, lats, biceps, hamstrings, glutes, adductors). Every muscle group gets trained 2x per week, and 3x every other week.

For just actual training time with weights at least 10-11 hours in my early growth years. More like 5-6 now to maintain-ish. Cardio is extra. 5-6 hours.

About 2 hours a lift, 5-6 days a week depending on how things fall (do 3 on, 1 off)

So 10-12 hours a week, not including mobility work and other stuff I do outside the gym

3 x 45m sessions per week

around 10 hours a week

Pretty similar here. I’m right around 6 to 7 hours total as well. Most of my sessions land in the 60 to 75 minute range. Once intensity and rest times are dialed in, it’s hard to justify much longer without junk volume creeping in. Quality work beats marathon sessions every time.

4 x 1.5 hour sessions each week. I am getting old AF... recovery/downtime is essential for me these days. I push it any harder, I will get leaner but not gain size/strength.

2-3 hours per week.

Good god
Morning cardio 45 minutes per day -4.5 hours
Muay Thai 90-120 minutes per day - 9 hours
Performance Session 90 minutes 4 times - 6 hours

Around 20 hours

90min a workout if I’m left alone 5 days a week. Not including morning Cardio

So..probably lift about 1 1/2 hours a day..then run about an hour..I do a bit of swimming..I do not take days off

I also watch people do CrossFit at work..I do not joint them
