Hours per week training

Right around 5 hours per week. Currently doing day 1 upper, day 2 lower, off, day 3 upper, day 4 lower, day 5 arms/xtra delts. Really liking this split with workouts lasting around an hour! Early morning sessions in my home gym before work. Up through end of December, I was doing cardio 3-4 days per week for 30 minutes after my weights. I slacked off on cardio the month of January so I need to get back at that here soon!
 
About an hour three times a week. 2 way split done ABA/BAB style.

Funnily enough making way better gains than when I was doing an hour 5-6 days a week on a classic Arnold type split everything trained 2x per week.
 
Pretty straightforward, curious how many total hours per week others train? We talk about sets per part, days of the week...but how many hours total? Not including cardio or any other non strength training activity.

I have 3 upper about 1hr, 2 lower 1.5 hour...total 6hrs.
Roughly 75-90 minutes 6x a week. PPL rest PPL - 7.5- 9 hours total. That includes start to finish rest periods etc etc.
 
3X per week.

Up at 3:30am. At the gym by 6am.

60 minutes of cardio.

60 minutes of stretching.

60 minutes to train a young bodybuilder.

60 minutes to train myself.
 
I train EOD with weekends off

Since you're only wanting actual gym time (not cardio and not mobility work) about 5.5- 6 hours weekly.
 
3x per week
Around an hour each session maybe a bit longer.
