Right around 5 hours per week. Currently doing day 1 upper, day 2 lower, off, day 3 upper, day 4 lower, day 5 arms/xtra delts. Really liking this split with workouts lasting around an hour! Early morning sessions in my home gym before work. Up through end of December, I was doing cardio 3-4 days per week for 30 minutes after my weights. I slacked off on cardio the month of January so I need to get back at that here soon!
