Well ive been lifting the heavy weight for about 2 weeks now heres my lifts so far and where i need to be at , let me know what you think about these cause i know nothing about powerlifting or heavy weight , oh and if your a powerlifter plz dont come on here and ruin my lifts by a 1000 lbs lmao ,im still aiming for my bet i made and i will reach it as for every week my lifts go up .
BB ROWS 365 for 8 reps extremely clean , goal is 405 for 8-10 reps , should be able to reach that .
Pull ups 75 lbs for 10 reps , goal is 90lbs for 10 reps , i should be able to gte this no problem.
this wasnt one of my bets but it could be , i just today straight bar curled 185for 5 clean reps, havent set a goal on this one.
squatts 405 for 12 reps form was flawless and had great depth on every rep, goal is 425 for 10 reps should be able to reach that soon .
