Say you eat 170g of pasta and nutrition label says 10g of protein as an example. This isn’t coming from whole/complete protein sources like chicken, beef, whey etc.
My question is how are you accurately tracking your calories per day (quickly)? Are you discarding those 10g of protein/40cals and not including them at all in your daily calories, which i’ve seen some do? What are you using to track (since regular nutrition apps will just add everything together, regardless of whole source or not)?
thanks
