I have an hour in the morning where I listen to podcasts, drink coffee and prep my food for the day. It's certainly not optimal, I could prep it for 3-4 days in advance. But it works for me, I've been doing it for over three years straight now.I guess I'm just wondering how everyone else is doing things these days.
And about the chicken disenfection thing ... that's more a case for a psychologist man xD I never had any kind of food poisoning from my own food, and I never disinfect anything in my kitchen. I don't even use soap on my cutting boards, I just scrub them with water and let them dry in the air.
