How are you currently managing your food?

Any suggestions on cottage cheese? I don't like it but wanna try some other combos. Love mixing Greek yogurt wirh fruit and whey but cottage cheese with whey and yogurt ain't the same lol
Are you looking for sweet or savory?

So cottage cheese, take say a cup and a half or two, blend it smooth, then throw in a package of sugar free jello cheesecake mix, add a dash of cinnamon, Splenda to taste and 1-2 tsp cocoa powder, blend everything… pour into container, refrigerate for 1-2 hours- fake cheesecake that’s killer.

One I found that was really good:Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes, So nice, I had to post it twice!
Genuinely unreal. 10/10.
What I used
200 g cottage cheese
3 large eggs
70 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted butter
130 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
4 tsp salt
Fresh blueberries
Protein boost
30g Vanilla Critical Whey from (use code: LOUISHOWARD)
Method:
In a large bowl whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and melted butter until smooth
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and the whey protein
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix. A few lumps are fine
Carefully fold in the blueberries
Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Heat a pan over medium-low heat with a little butter
Pour roughly a quarter of the mix per pancake
Cook until bubbles form and the edges set, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes
Stack them up, add butter, drizzle maple syrup and enjoy
 
Fake easy flan:

250 - 300 g vanilla yogurt
50 g premier protein pancake mix
100 g egg whites
2 tsp cocoa powder
5 tbsp Splenda or sweetener of choice.
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Blend all that crap together until smooth, put in non stick sprayed microwave safe baking bowl, microwave 5-6 minutes… take out, flip upside down to remove from bowl… add zero sugar syrup or whatever on top. Badass.
 
Let me fill you guys in on a secret. Shoutout to @Gunsmith for the recipe:

  • 5 pounds chicken breast, cut into big chunks (like literally just cut them into thirds or whatever)
  • 1 jar of pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 packets McCormick Au Jus
  • 2 TBS ranch seasoning
Put all that shit straight into a pressure cooker for 45 mins (or crock pot on high for 4 hours)

Boom. The most tender, juicy, flavorful chicken to put over your carb of choice. Sauce it/season the finished product however you want. I mix it up with either Franks, SF Sweet Baby Rays, Kinder's Butter Steak seasoning, or A1.

I do a batch every week. Never gets old. And it takes less than 5 minutes to put everything in the pressure cooker.

High pressure. 45 minutes. Set it and forget it. When it's done, release pressure.

Once made it is super quick to grab in my workday. I have eaten it cold, not ideal, but still alright. Last batch made yesterday is below:

Human body does not know if that 30 grams of protein came from metomyosin (do you even the origin of that protein? That evolved from hospitals developing a specialized protein for burn victims so their skin would heal faster … then the bodybuilding world scooped it up? No? I didn’t think so. Maybe Zip it then bro.)

Beer is not “empty” calories. Full of trace minerals and carbohydrates. It’s also protein sparing. Know what that means? No. Okay maybe zip it again potato chip.

So if I don’t have my protein bars and I don’t have my beers which also reduce cortisol and stress therefore inducing a more positive environment for muscle growth …. Uh yeah zip it again.

Well, I’d be in a calorie deficit and certainly would be compromising if not negating any kind of muscle gain.

Your diet is mostly protein bars, protein shakes, and beer—with maybe some occasional actual meals thrown in.
 
mate i am 100% with you on the chicken juice thing. it is absolutely revolting lol. i used to spend half my sunday bleached up to my elbows just to prep for the week. honestly if you want to keep the systems easy like james clear says you gotta switch to a slow cooker for a bit. just dump a massive bag of frozen breasts in there with some salsa or broth and walk away. zero raw slime touching your counters and after 8 hours you just shred it with a fork. or honestly just lean into the extra lean ground beef... throwing a few pounds in a giant skillet is way faster and way less "biohazard" than trimming individual chicken tits for an hour. that whey pitcher trick is actually genius though i might have to steal that one!

I actually cooked some chicken breasts in the Ninja Possible cooker with chicken bone broth and it came out great 👍
