Are you looking for sweet or savory?Any suggestions on cottage cheese? I don't like it but wanna try some other combos. Love mixing Greek yogurt wirh fruit and whey but cottage cheese with whey and yogurt ain't the same lol
So cottage cheese, take say a cup and a half or two, blend it smooth, then throw in a package of sugar free jello cheesecake mix, add a dash of cinnamon, Splenda to taste and 1-2 tsp cocoa powder, blend everything… pour into container, refrigerate for 1-2 hours- fake cheesecake that’s killer.
One I found that was really good:Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes, So nice, I had to post it twice!

What I used
200 g cottage cheese
3 large eggs
70 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted butter
130 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
4 tsp salt
Fresh blueberries
Protein boost
30g Vanilla Critical Whey from (use code: LOUISHOWARD)
Method:
In a large bowl whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and melted butter until smooth
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and the whey protein
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix. A few lumps are fine
Carefully fold in the blueberries
Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Heat a pan over medium-low heat with a little butter
Pour roughly a quarter of the mix per pancake
Cook until bubbles form and the edges set, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes
Stack them up, add butter, drizzle maple syrup and enjoy
