Romanians and Sldl in the same session seems extreme.
Especially with conventional deadlifts on the Friday too.
What gets me- is that for the last few years- people have been saying “not to follow the workouts of a pro” or “what works for them might not work for you” etc etc.
What happened to finding out what works best for you, in terms of exercise selection and recovery ability, and running with that.
Now all of a sudden we’re taking the word of some ai bot as gospel.
I get it, it’s a novelty and I must admit I did succumb to it at first, as it was quite exciting/interesting. But I soon began to become wary and in the end, now, I don’t trust it at all.
I’ve gone back to my own judgement.
My wife’s obsessed with it and almost seems as if she cannot plan her own life without running something past old mighty gpt.
It’s a shame as well as she used to ask me for advice, (training, supps etc) and we’d have a conversation…..
It’ll pass, I’m sure.
I can see it having negative effects in this area in future. If people rely on ai for conversation and friendship, future generations aren’t going to know how to talk to a real human.
Kids won’t make friends, people will Fall in love with their ai girl/boyfriend….
And I mean if ai gets clever enough, who knows what it could start advising us all to do……
Anyway, tin foil hat off now
