this will be my last cheat day for 3 weeks... i "know" i should just do a cheat meal...but i love chocolate...

2 bacon egg mcgridles
8 choc chip cookies
2 chef jay choc indulgence brownies
medium pizza
3 glasses wine
10 chocolate riesens
kit kat chunky
twix
boston cream
waiting for big slab dairy queen cake

usually would of had a dble 1/4 cheese large fries and 6 chicken nuggets...but went light today

a cheat day of this magnitude is really a bad idea right? esp. when dieting, other 6 days are bang on

most of that list doesn't even appeal to me anymore. i don't know if i've been doing this too long or what but that's a lot of sweets for me. i'd be more apt to eat a few french fries or chips (salty stuff).

most people are fine with cheat days and what you have written there done every three weeks shouldn't be a big deal but i don't try to look at it as me being 'on a diet'. i've just totally changed my eating habits and i indulge on the rare occasion if i get a craving but for the most part my diet is pretty darn good even when i'm not spot on and trying to dump fat.

bon appetit though! that's what i say!
 
You should add some Little Debbie's swiss rolls to that. Make sure you freeze them for 10 min. Damn thats alot of cheating. I'm a chocoholic also.

AGREED. I like the mcgriddles and pizza but the rest doesnt appeal to me. I'd take a cheeseburger over a candybar anyday. Or pizza over ice cream in a heartbeat.
 
I don't see the Krispy Cream Donuts and a tall glass of milk? Boy, your really missing out. :D
 
its really not even that much, i would opted for more calorie dense shit, you ate a lot of sugar.

I'm also a major major chocoholic myself! I love the Toblerone chocolate bars!! And Ben n' Jerry's Chocolate fudge Brownie heated up in the microwave for a litte while! -StOrY
 
oh man Ben n Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie is sooooo good! I never thought about heating it up before. I just always let it sit out for a few minutes. Chunky Monkey is VERY good to! Half Baked... lol this list can go on and on.
 
Nice bro ! I am dieting for a show right now and some pancakes and cereal sounds real nice right about now ! Maybe some stuff french toast at IHOP with fruit and syrup :) ..
