I just measured my they are 18”. How big are your arms? And what is a pretty big arm size to you ?

I’m at 20 with clear lines but prolly 14% since the baby I gained some fat, prefertility it’s was 20 and quite lean but going thru fertility and then a new born baby in your 40s ain’t the best for anything to grow except your patience

My left is 20 and my right is just a touch over 19, without a pump. I have been trying to improve my mind muscle connection in my right arm by doing more single arm work. My ultimate goal is to hit 21 so almost there. I am 6’1
