I have been carrying 275 + since more than 1 year now, up to 290 since a few months

I'll start diet in 1 week though, need to trim down some fat for 2 photo shoots this summer, can't wait to see what is under the fat lol

Of course he changes arm each day.

That's just for breakfast. Now you would never guess what he does at 10 AM, noon, etc...
