Very interesting. Explain what you mean by "I've been running 2.5iu's/day except for arm day." Do you mean that you're running a higher dose on arm day? Or do you mean that you are pinning somewhere else normally, but you pin on biceps on your arm day, but the dose is still 2.5 iu?
Also, how many days a week do you train arms?

Yes, running 2.5iu's for 6 days out of the week and 2.5iu's in each bicep on arm day (5iu's on arm day).
For the other 6 days I rotate the shots between my biceps and triceps.
I'm not going to say that it works for everyone but there is no doubt in my mind that it has worked for me. I started doing it this way just because I figured "i gotta shoot it somewhere, might as well be a bodypart i'm trying to bring up".
My arms have grown considerably since I started using this method. I have shirts that my arms never filled the sleeves before and now they do, cold. I've had several people mention it to me also. My arms also feel like they're constantly full now too. Even when I first wake up the veins in my biceps are very visible and pronounced. I've struggled for years trying to get my arms to grow so I've been very happy to have made some improvement.
As i mentioned, i won't pretend that i can back it up with science but i also can't believe that injecting 2.5iu's into each arm 3 times/week is going to fill my arms with water and make them LOOK bigger.
I train arms once every 7 days. Always a 90-minute workout, high volume, somewhat high intensity, 12-14 sets for triceps and 12 sets for biceps then 5-6 sets of wrist curls.
