How detrimental is it to run on soar legs?

I work a valet job so I try to workout legs when I have a couple days off work to follow but sometimes it's unavoidable and I end up running on soar legs. What are your guys feelings about doing cardio when your legs have not yet recovered? Do you think its making a substantial difference in regard to repair/recovery and muscle growth? Maybe
I'm overanalyzing it but I know my legs need all the help they can get!

I'm overanalyzing it but I know my legs need all the help they can get!
As long as you are not really pushing it too hard then it is fine. All you are doing is working through the soreness and pumping some much needed blood around in them.
 
During practice in college our legs were so sore we could barely walk but by the end they didnt hurt anymore.. Did this for a good solid four years.. Im ok...
